Ali & Bloom is a UK-based small business creating handmade soaps and skincare products. All products are made in small batches using natural, carefully selected ingredients.
All products are handmade, and as such, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur. These variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
Product descriptions and images are provided for guidance only. We take care to present products accurately but cannot guarantee that colours displayed on screens exactly reflect the product.
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We use secure third-party payment providers to process transactions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an error, stock issue, or suspected misuse.
Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Ali & Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an order has been dispatched.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items for hygiene reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can resolve the issue.

At Ali & Bloom, we take great care in creating and packaging our handmade soaps and skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read the information below.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us before sending any items back.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Once a return has been approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged.
